Planes, Shuttles, and Automobiles - Oh My!

So what is Delta Echo Club anyway…

Would you believe that we have a venue in Jenks, Oklahoma located on an airport runway…? AND YOU CAN HAVE YOUR WEDDING THERE?!

Delta Echo Club is a previous airplane hangar that is now converted for members of the Destinations Executive Flight Club -- and now allows outside wedding and event clients -- to enjoy. Guests can watch airplanes takeoff and land at the Richard L. Jones Airport in Jenks, OK, steps from the runway. The space is heated and air conditioned and has room for 160 guests indoors with the option with outdoor seating for more.

With a custom built-in stage, bar, outdoor space, and grassy ceremony area this event space is versatile and edgy.

The Colors

Our color scheme was inspired by the interior of a luxurious Porche. The colors include rust, spice orange, copper, black, champagne, and other shades of neutrals. This scheme is sure to knock the socks off any fall wedding in Oklahoma and beyond.

The Ceremony Space

Wanna ride in a plane before walking down the aisle? At Delta Echo Club they make that possible. The grassy area is steps outside the venue doors overlooking the airport's runway. It's certainly possible an airplane may take off behind you during the ceremony for a one-of-a-kind photo opportunity. The custom built triangle arbor is available for clients.

A second option is to use the indoor space like we did with a beautiful 15 foot chiffon draped backdrop from Soft Touch Draping and flip to your sweetheart table or cake table during the reception.

The Bar

The Hammered Goat continues to excite us with custom curated cocktails that not only look like a million bucks, but taste like it too. The Chai Old Fashioned is a perfect fall signature cocktail that any wedding guest would love.

The Sweets

Can I just say.. we are so lucky! Ms Laura's Cakes provided not only a beautiful, but delicious option with Jack Daniel's Butterscotch cake (our owner's absolute FAVORITE flavor), and scrumptious donuts to top it off!

Sophisticated Treats provided us with delicious caramel and chocolate covered apples. - A unique idea for your wedding guests to enjoy -

The Stationery + Signage

Nothing is complete without a unique invitation set and handcrafted signage. April Design Co. brought our rust, cream and spice orange dreams to life. She used a fo-leather paper to fashion an envelope and went with a rather modern square shape for the invitation. Paired with welcome and bar signage from Katie’s Custom Decor brought the photoshoot together showing us just how necessary it really is to have signage for your guests.

The Reception Space

Party Pro Rents provided us with rust tablecloths, a collection of glasses including one of our favs the amber goblet, and their black cobble plates. Robyn's Flower Garden brought in all together with spice orange roses and amaranthus that made it pop.

The Transportation

Delta Echo Club can place airplanes on display or offer rides in either the planes or their flight simulator - where else can you find that kind of entertainment? But talk about a Grand Exit - imagine you + yours flying off into the night sky.

In addition to amazing planes, we also had the luxury of a Rolls Royce from Tulsa Wedding Car, a perfect idea if you want to drive away in style. PLUS we had the Joy Joy bus from Old Urban Trolley, a great decision for all your party guest shuttling needs!

Last but certainly not least -

When working a styled shoot, it's so important to have someone playing a track that keeps the vibe alive, that’s why we called in a DJ from Complete Weddings and Events.

Our bride was made extra beautiful by the one and only Primp Hair and Makeup and a gown from Bryde right here in Tulsa, Oklahoma. It’s special to have these services at because feeling beautiful on your wedding day is a must, right?

> A HUGE thank you to our models, Madison and Connor Abel <
